Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Since many of our items are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, we take extra care in packaging them to ensure they arrive safely. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Destinations We currently only ship to addresses within the United States (including U.S. Territories). At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages Magpie Grace Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to be satisfied. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at magpiegracedesigns@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
